Place your hands inside the gloves, peel off the tab on the adhesive strip to secure the top of the gloves around your wrists (adhere tab to hand pack only not skin).
Remove the gloves after 15-20 minutes.
Rub any excess cream on hands into skin.
In the unlikely event that irritation occurs - discontinue use.
Avoid contact with eyes.
If product gets into eyes rinse well with water immediately.
